Use Case: Bin-Drop Waste Services
Bindrop, a roll-off dumpster rental company based in New Jersey, began using AirVote nearly two years ago with a clear objective: bring back phone traffic and make it easier for customers to communicate service needs — even after hours. Owner Gary wanted a simple, reliable way for customers to request a pickup or swap at the moment they were ready — without having to call, email, or remember it later. AirVote provided the perfect solution.

We met Gary at the Waste Expo in Las Vegas, where he shared how AirVote had helped streamline operations and improve communication with customers. Rather than collecting feedback or reviews, the AirVote system is used strictly for operational efficiency.
Each roll-off container displays a large QR code sticker with two scan-and-go QR codes — one to request a pickup, and the other to request a swap. No app or account is needed. Customers simply scan the relevant code with their phone, tap, and the request is immediately routed to Bindrop’s team.
One major benefit Gary has seen is a reduction in last-minute fire drills. With the QR code physically present at the job site, it cues customers to place the request when they’re right there — when they’re actually thinking about it. That means fewer early morning surprises when someone realizes they forgot to call it in the day before, avoiding delays and urgent swap requests.

What started as a way to re-engage customers without relying on phone calls has turned into a seamless and proactive service tool that keeps Bindrop’s operation running smoothly, day or night.
