What the integration does
1. AirVote QR codes are linked to each unit’s serial-number barcode. Drivers continue servicing units as usual using the PrimeFyre mobile app to log service activity.
2. Real-time feedback with asset context
All AirVote feedback responses are enriched with asset data from your PrimeFyre system (customer, rental, location, and last service job).
Value to Customer: When a user submits critical feedback with proof of the last service, it becomes a strong upsell lever for additional units or higher-frequency servicing. Example alert with integrated AirVote + PrimeFyre data:
3. Live GPS tracking on feedback and asset map.
Last-known GPS location is shown on the real-time map. Location is taken from either user feedback or PrimeFyre — whichever is most recent.

- Catch errors in GPS tagging within the PrimeFyre mobile app
