At that time, Peachy had just rolled out AirVote alongside their ServiceCore software to better track unit conditions and feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2025 Update \u2013 Jessica\u2019s Perspective<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, as part of our ongoing conversations with Peachy, we spoke with J<strong>essica, Team Support Specialist<\/strong>, to hear how the office team is using AirVote day-to-day to maximize its potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jessica manages schedules, invoicing, new customer setups, and supports drivers in the field. Every Friday, she logs into the AirVote Business Panel to review the <strong>Questions &amp; Analytics<\/strong> page, identify weekly trends, and compile her reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Map Insights: The AirVote map is a key tool. Jessica uses it to:<br>&#8211; See which units have been logged by drivers.<br>&#8211; Cross-check driver scans with restroom user votes.<br>&#8211; Investigate \u201cred circles,\u201d which flag a mismatch between scan location and feedback location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cIt\u2019s very helpful for me to see what exactly is going on with a flagged unit \u2014 both from the driver\u2019s side and the user\u2019s side.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Driver Connection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Peachy emphasizes the importance of drivers scanning QR codes with the ServiceCore app. When scans include photos, service notes, and location data, AirVote can \u201cstack\u201d that information with restroom user feedback. This ensures Jessica\u2019s view of service history, last serviced date, and vote trends is accurate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cThe drivers don\u2019t see AirVote, but their correct scanning makes all the difference in the accuracy of what I see.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New Learning: Changing Units Remotely<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jessica\u2019s original question to AirVote was:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cWe had some units transitioning from event use to construction. In the past we had to physically go out to the unit to make this change. Can this be done without being on the jobsite?\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>AirVote showed her that she could:<br>&#8211; Find the unit in AirVote Analytics and access the QR code remotely.<br>&#8211; Use the AirVote sticker number and barcode to delete it from Event units in ServiceCore.<br>&#8211; Re-add it under Construction units &#8211; all from her desk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This discovery saved her unnecessary trips and simplified the workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Data Exports &amp; Trends<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jessica also uses AirVote\u2019s <strong>download\/export function<\/strong> to support her weekly reports. She tracks how many <strong>green, yellow, and red votes<\/strong> Peachy receives each week to measure customer satisfaction trends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Two Years of Progress<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From Philip\u2019s perspective in 2023 to Jessica\u2019s perspective in 2025, Peachy Portable Potties continues to demonstrate how AirVote becomes more valuable over time. What started as a way to gather restroom user feedback has grown into a <strong>daily operational tool<\/strong> that helps synchronize ServiceCore driver data with customer satisfaction data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cAirVote is very helpful and user-friendly.
