Properly<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c40ef7a810a39cf511b8218199f035a4\">Use built-in Camera app (not a QR app)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5ed3750aafa5ccf7d095240a58d46c3d\">Point it at the QR code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c8f9baf24e5b98b7a8f171bf96f264a5\">Tap the browser (usually Safari) link that appears<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcf1 Step 2: Safari Must Be Default<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to Settings \u2192 Apps \u2192 Safari \u2192 Default Browser App<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure it says Safari<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcf1 Step 3: Safari Must Open in Non-Private Browsing Mode<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open Safari<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap the tab switch (double square icon)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If it says \u201cPrivate\u201d at the bottom, tap it and switch to a regular tab group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf10 Step 4: Check Safari Settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check under \u201c<em>Settings<\/em>\u201d \u2192 Apps \u2192 Safari \u2192 Advanced:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Block All Cookies \u2192 Off<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>JavaScript \u2192 On<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u274c Step 5: Turn Off Content Blockers (if installed)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to Settings \u2192 Apps \u2192 Safari \u2192 Extensions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn off any ad or content blockers (like 1Blocker, AdGuard)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd04 Step 6: Clear Cookies\/History and Restart<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to Settings \u2192 Safari \u2192 Clear History and Website Data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restart your phone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then scan the QR code again<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udca1 Still Not Working?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Try scanning from another device, just to confirm that the issue is class=\"has-medium-font-size\">(instructions for Android version 13-14 with Chrome as a default browser):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;\ud83d\udd17 Step 1: Scan the QR Code Properly<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use built-in Camera app (not a QR app)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Point it at the QR code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap the browser link (usually Chrome) that appears<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcf1 Step 2: Chrome Must Be Default<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to Settings \u2192 Apps \u2192 Default apps \u2192 Browser app<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make sure Chrome is selected<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udcf1 Step 3: Chrome Must Open in Non-Incognito Browsing Mode<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open Chrome<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check if the Chrome window has a dark theme with an Incognito icon (hat and glasses).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If yes, switch to a regular mode:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tap the tab switcher<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Swipe to find non-incognito tabs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open the site in a regular tab<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf10 Step 4: Check Website Settings for air-vote.com<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Browse to <a href=\"https:\/\/my.air-vote.com\">https:\/\/my.air-vote.com<\/a> \u2192 Tap the settings icon to the left of the URL address \u2192 Cookies and site data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you see a non-zero KB number in the &#8220;Stored data&#8221;, remove it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you see 0B stored data, it means the device prevents cookies \u2192 go to Step 5.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83c\udf10 Step 5: Check Chrome Settings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open the Chrome app \u2192 Tap the three dots on the top right\u2192 Settings \u2192 Site settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then check the following under Content:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Third-party cookies \u2192 Allowed (don\u2019t block third-party cookies)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>JavaScript \u2192 Allowed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pop-ups and redirects \u2192 Allowed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On-device site data \u2192 Can save<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd04 Step 6: Restart &amp; Try Again<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Restart your phone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then scan the QR code
